Fast efficient correct delivery.
Great slippers & in the sale!

The shoes arrived really quickly and were good quality. However, the fit seemed odd- width Ok but oddly long and not like the pic online. Decided to return. I would have liked to try another size but having to pay return postage makes it too expensive.

I bought 2 pairs of size 5 wide fit shoes for my elderly mum - as they looked soft, stylish and comfortable. On delivery I could see they were a nice style & decent quality- but unfortunately the sizing wasn’t accurate. They were supposed to be a wide fitting. They were far too narrow for my mum - so I tried them for size. I also take a size 5 but a standard fit. They were even too narrow for my feet! Such a shame! I have returned both pairs.

The boot was not as described on the website. It said the boot was lined with shearling. I thought it would be the whole of the but it was only on the collar. Hush puppies have a policy of not paying for return postage. This is disgraceful and they wanted no marks on the shoebox despite coming in poor packaging. I won’t order online from them again. I contacted customer service but they gave me an inflexible response by email. It would be good to have a human to talk to about the problem. A very poor customer experience!

I think one of the shoes I had was good quality.
But the other one didn’t really have the quality and expectations that I had from it. But its obvious it was an online purchase therefore I couldn’t possibly wear and decide before hand.

Free delivery. Speedy delivery - a few days. Comfort and quality of product. Providing wide fit. What could be improved - more products in wide fit and Welcome10 discount on sale products too.

I ordered these boots on Christmas eve. They were delivered on 30th Dec. Excellent service. Boots are outstanding (pardon the pun!)
Only one thing that I have requested is a receipt fir payment. My boots are being purchased by aldi stores because bleach poured onto my boots and stripped the colour out of the leather. So I need to give them the receipt for my new ones so they can reimburse me

Really happy with my purchase, true to size, very comfy and warm, exactly as described. Perfect with the side zip as I have a high instep and usually struggle with boots. Even my mum intends to purchase a pair now.

Bought some expensive boots, supposed to be size 8.

My friend who is a size 6 could barely get them on they are so small.

Then realised there is no free return! So had to pay £11 to post them back and get a refund.

Not a good experience and won’t buy this brand again.

My black Hush Puppies were comfortable, smart shoes. I wore them for a while but then put them away for a few years as I preferred a tan colour .

However I decided after all this time to take them on a work trip as they still looked nearly new. To my surprise one of the soles disintegrated immediately leaving bits of rubber behind with each step.
I have read on several forums as well as Trustpilot that a polyurethane sole can do this if not worn for some years.

My email to Hush Puppies customer support was ignored. Maybe they don't care or just not interested. Well I'm not interested in any more Hush Puppies purchases. A flawed product in my opinion.

This company purchased my phone number from somewhere and took the liberty of sending me advertising. I have never bought hush puppies, and NEVER knowingly give my phone number for advertising: it is private and I consider it bad manners to send unsolicited advertising. Therefore I do not trust them.
